sua_layI knew that it would be a bad idea to start a journal... A big emphasis on the word start. Seems to me I start doing stuff, and then never have time to continue/finish. Just look at some of the series I've begun...
Anyway, enough apologizing. So it's not a day to day -thing. I'll ramble as often as I remem... Ahem...
At least at the moment, I have time to write. Working. Yep, I'm an honest to gods worker, and no, I'm not neglecting my job. I'm working in a night shift.
Also called graveyard shift. Can't see any bleached blond vampires here, though. Darn!
Working... I'd much rather spend my days writing slash, but odd enough, if I have a long holiday, I never get any writing done. Maybe that's the way my brain works. It need to be already occupied in order to conjure up the images of... Well, you know.
Still, the thought of spending the next 40 years working makes my skin crawl. Idiots in our parliament have talked about raising the age for getting pension to 75. Silly! If a person wants to work at that time, may s/he do so. If not, s/he should be allowed to rest.
Hell, I'll retire at 60 if possible.
I'm listening to 'More Music from Gladiator' as I type. if you liked the movie, you'll like BOTH soundtracks!
What the hell did that have to do with working? No idea. But then again, I did say this is a ramble, not anything all that intellectual.
I'll go and do some of that actual working now. Some things won't wait for 40 years...
