sua_layI'm currently sitting back and watching Doctor Who fandom go even more insane than usual.
What the hell is it with shippers anyway? My ship is the one that sails and everyone else should just agree with me or they're stupid wankers? People! We've seen this already, change the tune!
Whether it's Doctor/Rose or Doctor/Martha shippers or Harmonians or Spuffy fans, it seems to be about no-lifer teenage idiots screaming, thinking that the ones being the loudest are also the ones who are absolutely right.
Maybe it really is easier to be yay about slash, 'cause then all the preference really is about POV and not about the 'true way of seeing the canon' or what the fuck ever these flaming idiots claim. My ships won't sail in canon, so it doesn't really matter what you say about my pairings. I like them. You don't have to. Why do we need to argue?
If you ask me...
We should have both Martha and Rose back and their parents should have a happy foursome. The Doctor should reveal he's the father of Boe's kids (facepreg! Yay!). The Master should come back as a woman and Simm!master and they should shag while the guest starring 5th Doctor watches. Someone should also post all those home videos with RTD playing with his sonic screwdriver!
