I think I may be exaggerating here, but my rewrite of my B5 fic has become an actual rewrite. As in me writing the whole fic from the beginning, paragraph for paragraph.

*is insane*

Having this story as a WIP has annoyed me for ages, and now I'm finally doing something about it. Will not re-post any of it before I know it'll be actually finished.

I really didn't remember how epic Babylon 5 was. There's so much wonderful mythology in the show and trying to keep up with it is almost impossible. It's been years since I really watched the show, and I keep reading the story and stuff just pops up in my mind, reminding me of this scene or that. It's actually very cool.

Haven't felt this good about writing this particular fic in ages. Couldn't go anywhere near it when two of the main cast passed away, feeling too sad to even try to write about characters with their faces, and now I just feel kind of wistful every time I think about them.

I wonder if I'm the only one who thinks about these things and if that means that I'm totally insane.

Oooh, B5. I've missed it; I got the new direct-to-DVD movie a few weeks back, and it kicked off a fresh wave of B5 nostalgia. Looking forward to reading your fic when you finish it!

I know I may be totally nostalgic and all, but even after watching some of Farscape and BSG, I still think Babylon 5 is the best space opera. The story arcs are so cool, and when there's angst it totally breaks your heart.

*gushes*

Oh, yes! I love B5, it's my favourite show for years now. So looking forward to reading your story! And no, you're not insane. I so cried when I watched "Sleeping in Light". And when that happened with Marcus. I watched "Lost Tales" last week and I felt really nostalgic. *sigh*

I still've to leave feedback for "No Hiding Place" 5. *blushes* RL was absolutely crazy and it's only now that it's settling a bit. I loved it though. :)

I remember watching B5 after years of being a Trekkie and it just blew my mind. Great story arcs, great characters. And yeah, even though I stopped following the series after Marcus died (there does seem to be a trend here, stopped reading HP after book 4 and all...), I did watch Sleeping in Light and the whole Delenn spent the rest of her life missing Sheridan thing made me cry for hours.

Should definitely watch some B5 one of these days.

Hey, I'm all for feedback! But telling me you loved it is more than enough. Not that I'd decline deeper analysis, mind. :D
