A few random thoughts about

- the visual aspects of the movie were simply awesome.

- nice non-costumes! Or as tvillingar said, 'I didn't know Sloggi did underwear that early...'

- some of the greatest moments just made me giggle. Leonidas' 'Spartans never retreat, never surrender' made me go all never give up, never surrender!...

- gods, Vincent Regan looks so damn hot with that beard!

- why is David Wenham like the only blond Spartan? Also, he looks incredibly SeanBeanish in this movie! *hearts*

- must get the soundtrack from somewhere!

- blah de blah de freedom blah bought in blood blah freedom blah. The pathos only works if it's Theoden King with his Forth Eorlingas. Otherwise it's just stupid.

- highly entertaining! Will probably want to watch this one again.



My guest just fell asleep (am I so boring?) so sill just join her and take a nap myself... :D

Wenham was not the only blond spartan. He was mainly the blondest.
:) See how I pay attention the important parts.

Also, um, why was Leonidas (At first I wrote Leoden..) all woe is me about his wife at the end???? Seriously, they were Spartan not...um...French, or something. Grr.
X2 about teh pretty. Pretty naked men and pretty visuals all together.
Must watch again to pay attention properly. (I cheated with the comic book.:(
