Am feeling very confused now. Also very angry. There's just something wrong in Finnish legal system...
Read from the news about an African guy who'd raped six women, sexually assaulted a child, tried to assault other people (both sexually and just with plain ole violence). Oh, and the guy has HIV, and he's been boinkin people without protection.
He got ten and a half years. Ten and a half. WTF? I don't really support the American system where you get absurd sentences like 4 times life or something like that, but... I just don't get this. The guy raped women. Not just one (which would be bad enough) but six. Shows us all about how much he respects women. Molesting a kid too.
Ten and a half years.
I really hope they'll toss his ass out of Finland after he's out of prison.

EVen though I don't know what would be enough... [my inner Xena wants to at least castrate those people, preferably leaving them to bleed to death] But violence won't stop violence.
