sua_layHave to wake up from the coma again. Lotsa things are changing, and for once (knocks wood) it's gonna be a good change. At least some of it will.
Will finally get the new computer in a week or so. The old one is a piece of crap that doesn't allow me to do anything but write. My job is also changing, and I'll be taking up more responsibility now. I love it.
Then, on Friday, our family will grow with one furry creature. No, am not going to adopt myself a Zathras (giggles insanely) but we're going to have a kitten. Again. She'll be the fifth one. Hope the others will not kill her. I have an uncontrollable urge to name her Lance. I'm SO sick.
//sigh// Talking about the Bass ass and his group of pretty boys...
Had a talk with a friend of mine a few days ago. She was ranting about the evil of RPS, and even though I've usually just nodded and let her rant, I decided silence would be hypocritical when she *asked for my opinion*. After all, I've read it, and loved it. And yes, I've also written it and loved doing that too. So I told her my honest opinion on the whole thing. She was appalled. Called me names. Criticized my taste in music (what do you mean Giddy Up is not the best song ever?) and swore she'd never speak to me again.
What could one say to something like that? Bye Bye Bye???
Anyway, I've been pretty pissed ever since. I don't care if you hate RPS or whatever. You don't have to read it. That's exactly why I write the stuff under a pseudonym and haven't listed any of the stories on my fandoms site. You have to want to read it and go and seek for it, that's the only way to find my stuff. I wasn't telling my friend to read it or to like it. I just pointed out it would be wrong for me to agree with her while writing the stuff myself.

Whoa. Sorry for ranting. I just get so mad at times. First an old slash friend of mine decided that now that she has a boyfriend (AKA life), she doesn't have to read slash anymore (bitch) and now this. I swear, the world has gone mad. People agree to be honest with each other, and when you are, they abandon you.

Oh, and Snowgrouse. I'll try to work on that Vila snippet soon. The pic just begs for it. //grin//
