According to today's newspaper, there is a group called 'young adults' which consists people between the age of 20 and 39. Fascinating. Am once again reminded of [livejournal.com profile] tvillingar's musing about age and now have to wonder if people over 40 are over the hill adults.

What a load of crap! Young adults? Old adults? Kinda oldish but still looking hip and young adults!

*grr*

Have been awake the amazing total of 50 minutes and am ready to go back to bed. Thanks to the insomnia, I tossed and turned for hours again and work will undoubtedly be hell. Then again when is it not?

I wish I had a life. Then I could make witty and charming comments about stuff instead of whining about not sleeping and working.

I think the term would more likely to be 'adults desperately clinging to their youth (and possibly a toupé); wearing something leopard-printed and hitting on the bartender at least 20 years their junior'. *shudders* Just kill me before I reach that point, please?

Yup. No one should reach that level of senility...

My favourite has to be "responsible adults". I don't think I know any....
