Did manage to laze around for the whole day. Well, after coming home from work and sleeping through most of the day, that is.

I'll have three days off this week, and should plan carefully how to spend them. The last time I had some time off, I just rushed around like a headless chicken, trying to meet lots of friends and work on lots of projects. Nothing really works like that. Will take it easy this week.

There's the almost full moon shining into my bedroom. Should be full tomorrow. I never really got people who can't sleep during the full moon. Or when there's a thunderstorm. I adore both, and usually sleep like a baby.

Watched Signs. It was kind of weird and not in a good way. The only redeeming thing was Joaquin Phoenix (and gods I love saying 'Joaquin') and the weird chemistry between him and Mel.

Did go to see if there was any slash. Apparently there is not. If I'm wrong, let me know. (and yes, the one link I found was dead) Haven't really ever read slash about Mel Gibson or his characters. I wonder if it would be really weird and disturbing somehow. But who cares...

Should go to bed. Yes, I should. Should shut up.

What a disappointing 5 hours of sleep. Had weird dreams (for some reason a person on my FL had a crush on another person on my FL, and I was forced to act as a go between while those two straight ladies -- and no, not those straight ladies -- crushed on each other. it was insanely stupid) and woke up every once in a while, thinking I'd overslept.

I should probably get going; have the evening shift today and then the morning shift tomorrow, so will have to wonder just when can I actually sleep again. Oh well. Nothing new here.
