Shopping after a night shift was totally fun. I have no idea right now what I bought, but I do seem to remember I spent a lot of (someone else's) money.

It was so totally cool.

They had PoA in Anttila even though they have been yakking about it being on sale on Saturday. Bought it. Wanted to watch it before went to bed, but was just too tired to manage. So slept, and then when I got up there was PoA extras and ham!

Yes, it's the season to have ham. Lotsa ham. You might remember from last year that I totally adore ham. Yes. Would marry ham, except it sounds kinda black widowish to me.

Anyway...

I'm glad the interviews for PoA were better than for the earlier movies. I kinda like the teenagers. They're always fun. unless you have to work with them, then they simply suck

Also, loved a deleted scene with Maggie in a dressing gown with her hair down. I *hearts* McGonagall so damn much. Was disappointed there was no stuff about Snape or Alan, but the Oldman/Thewlis babble almost made me ignore the snapelessness.

One week, and it's been two years since I started my megafic. I have a deadline, kinda, to finish it before my next long vacation, which is in August 2005. Yeah. By then no one will probably wanna read huge snarry epics anymore, but who gives a damn. We can't all be good with short and pointless PWPs now can we?

Want to read, want to write and still haven't watched the two latest CSIs. Bummer. Should go to bed. Will think about doing fun stuff in Sunday when I finish my working week....

Since I have no idea what a gammon is, I have no idea. All I know is that ham is GOD and I worship it.

This (http://images.google.com/images?q=gammon%20joint&hl=en&lr=&sa=N&tab=wi) gives you an idea.

Generally speaking, we name salt/smoke-cured pork according to the cut. The term 'ham' is often reserved for boiled, while 'gammon' is usually reserved for joints.

And, of course, there's bacon...
