Am still up. Feel all fuzzy. My back is really killing me again, and due to the meds, I'm now hovering somewhere between giggles and insane depression. Lovely.

Will crawl to bed now and try not to think. Why the hell can't I shut the brains off for a time or at least make them stop playing the same old annoying record all the damn time?

Blaah. The good old 'you said something stupid, you're stupid, gods you really are an idiot!' followed by the classic, 'nobody loves me'. It's a deadly combination, really.

The weird thing is, I never go all insane about things I do that really are stupid [points at falling off a treadmill and then trying to actually climb back on while it moved] but when I say something harmless no one cares my mind goes all 'eek eek you said something stupid'. And it won't. Let. Go.

Hmmm... I think I'll just go and kill more characters now...

That's because you're obviously not insane like me! It's really annoying to be well aware of the whole stupidity of angsting over insignificant things but your belly keeps clenching anyway.

The 'nobody loves me' can even be a good angsting at times. When you put on your fav cheesy music and act like a teenager.

It's like watching Titanic after you've seen it so many times the sadness doesn't overwhelm you. Woulda said RotK, but damn, I'm so sure that movie will break my heart even after I've seen it a hundred times. Anyway, I think I'd call it wallowing in melancholy more than real angsting.
