Managed to finally drag myself up from the bed around 3pm. Felt so rested I couldn't even feel crummy about not going to the gym. Yay me. Usually after days off, I'm all groggy and exhausted, but now I'm all energized. I wonder how long that'll last.
Was browsing through various websites about flats and the loans you need to buy a flat, and I'm all confused now. It seems no one can say what the real interest is (well, except that it's high) or what the hell is a 'rahoitusvastike'.
Also, the babble about the flat rates is very heated at the moment, and I'm afraid I'll start to think the rates will drop any moment now, thusly never actually buying the damn thing because I'm always waiting for a better deal.
