In case I need to write a summary for the latest NCIS...

"Gibbs and DiNozzo do a very macho version of Brokeback Mountain. No explicit sex, but DiNozzo's ass is mentioned several times. Later on, Gibbs gets to do a very macho gun porn thingy with a rifle, while DiNozzo looks after Delenn whatshername. Not as hot as last week's, but whoooeee the gun porn moment was awesome."

I really wonder why I'm not working on some TV show magazine. I mean... That was so much better than 'blah blah they solve crimes blah...'

Of course now I'm all meep, 'cause usually when a show is this good and makes me this happy, it'll all go down the drain.

It was totally weird episode. (Tho, yay.) The Dinozzo money thing was very show-like. (Since he'd never leave NCIS and isn't really all that annoying unless he is a)bored or b) is distracting somebody for their own good.)
..At least that's how Weatherly played it out.

And Lance Henricksen as the kinda hot old Sheriff(?) was weird too. At first he wasn't all that keen on Dinozzo and then he's suddenly...something else. I kept expecting there to be some sort of comclusion to it all.

(I totally have a bunny where they ride back to the civilization but have misplaced one of the horses and Tony has to ride with the sheriff. And he's kinda..handsy in a hot way but doesn't say anything even when it's kinda obvious and Tony likes really butch, older men and Gibbs is playing some sort of freaky flirting game and Tony's really, really frustrated and anyway, they're on a horse so nothing 'real' happens. But it's still steamy and kinky and revenge-y and a little bit like cheating. Even if Gibbs is still doing his 'I'm not doing anything' thing and deserves anything he gets. And is totally flirting with the Mira Furlan character while riding back home and not caring if Tony's magnificent ass is being permanently damanged.
And dammit, the guy sounds like Clint Eastwood, how is Tony supposed to not...you know.)

I had this weird bunny about the trip back to civilization too. Except it was just Gibbs and DiNozzo, 'cause the sheriff was shot and they had him and the woman evacuated and...

Also, the money thing gave us the good moment where Gibbs questioned Tony's retirement plan and Tony's expression was pure gold, all OMG boss you know I wouldn't!

*cough*

Am now re-watching season 6 up to this. Macho Tony yelling at Gibbs next. Whooee!

Also. Gun porn. Always good.

....and then there would have been jealous!Gibbs and Tony in almost trouble.:D You know what I mean.
(Seriously, Gibbs has been so weird the last few parts. All appreciative-y and paying attention and everything. Almost as if he's trying to make up for something or woo Tony in his Gibbs-y way. How could Tony not be confused after that kind of behavior change.:)
