- Why does Jack have to do the arms spread, aim here -thing every damn time he dies? Also, Jack in Chains is kinda old... Didn't he like spend a year doing that in Doctor WHo? Bondage jokes??? Don't tell, show... Er...

- Hmmm.... Explosions. Excellent! Kinda End of Days, eh?

- OH PLEASE! The whole angsting Jack and Gray do is STUPID AND JUVENILE!!1! I need it to be clear that this idiot brother's brain damaged or something, 'cause otherwise it's just stupidly melodramatic. Also, the guy playing Grey pisses me off.
- OMG OMG! Compared to the guy playing Gray, John Barrowman is oscar material.

- Okay, so their romance just went to the OMG This Is So Awesome, which a mere getting together on screen wouldn't have accomplished. *sigh*

- So no killing Gray? Okay. Whatever. Just teach the guy to act before you defrost him. A psycho killer? Nope. The Plasmavore from Smith and Jones was more convincing than he was... *disappointed*
- Penance? Oh Jack... And that little kiss on the cheek was absolutely brilliant. Just brilliant. :)
- Toshiko... yeah, you had to have the final word, right? And yeah, you did good.

In conclusion:
Whoa. This was actually good.
Yes, I'm still way too emotionally invested to most of the shows I watch.
So it's now Jack, Ianto and Gwen, with the possibility of Captain John joining the crew in the future. Hmmm. Ianto was kinda... Bland in the end after a promising fire in him in the middle of the episode, and Gwen was... Well, she was Gwen.
Considering where this show started... Someone actually listened to the fervent praying of the fans and did good. Am genuinely impressed. We get a good ending (would even make a good ending for the whole series) which will lead to a good third series, unless they totally fuck it up.
Well, that was fun. Kind of.
Can't watch Doctor Who tomorrow, 'cause I'll be earning money and all that crap. Will have to wait until Sunday to get my fix.
