sua_layMy plan to stay home for 2 days and just laze around was destroyed by ma getting some kinda stomach ache thingy that prevented her from leaving the house.
Was kinda disappointed.
Managed to watch some B5. Since I ordered the damn DVDs, I thought I should actually enjoy them. Was pleasantly surprised to see the pilot movie had scenes that weren't there on the one I taped years ago when our Yle TV 2 showed the whole series.
Hurrah! Hurrah!
Am now officially inspired to write again.
Writing two humongous sagas at once is frightening, though. Will have to be careful that my Garibaldi doesn't start sounding like Snape. Gods, that greasy git is infectious. I seem to be sneering all the time now, and use heavy sarcasm on everyone.

Am all thrilled about the possibilities of spending days reading real books this summer. A new Potter and a new series from Eddings. Yay.
Yes. I love fantasy. And I do love Eddings. I don't care what people say about their writing style. Or the lack of the so called 'high fantasy' there. I love people who can laugh at themselves. So I love Dave and Leigh.

Hmmm... Am not all that yay about the new Potter, though. I'll hate it if Rowling kills any of my favorite characters (and at this moment she could kill just like... I don't know... Susan Bones, probably, and that won't make me all weepy...). I definitely hate it if she messes up with Snape. Am wondering if I should like post the beginning 2 parts of my fic now so that I won't be tempted to rewrite anything to make it fit canon.

And the spell checker doesn't recognize 'fic' as a word and offers me 'fuck' instead? Good gods! This is like the raunchiest spell checker ever!
Damn, I need a life. But will get one in less than 2 months. So yay again!
