Okay, there has to be someone here who has read the following series:
Dark Is Rising by Susan Cooper
Xenogenesis by Octavia E Butler
Come on, people! I need someone to restore my belief in humankind! Anyone?? I refuse to believe that everyone's missed one of the best 'kiddie' fantasy series and the hottest feminist alien pr0n there is!
