sua_layHave been listening to the Da Vinci Code soundtrack all day and even though wasn't impressed the first time I listened through it, it's not bad.
Will have to see how it works in the movie.
Am all amused by the huge hooblah people are making over the movie. Idiots. Protesting too much just shows it's hitting the nerve, and both the book and the movie have extra publicity for free every time some high ranking Catholic priest opens his mouth to call it all a lie.
Reality check: the book is sold under the title 'fiction'.
We don't need convincing, idiots.
Or maybe some people do need convincing. Maybe this is somehow blasphemous on a deep level. Wouldn't know, it's not my religion after all.
But hey, I have decent music and mud cake. What else does a girl need?
Ah! Good slash. Have returned to one of my older fandoms (that would be Xfiles) to read about a new pairing (that would be Skinner/Krycek) and it's cool to try to find something good to read and be all enthusiastic.
Yeah yeah, you'll probably get the usual 'OMGs everything in this fandom is utter crap' post from me sooner or later, but right now am all yay.
