Yesterday's work shift turned out to be totally crappy. Because I'm a total idiot and messed up a thing so badly I had to spend hours in bus traveling around to save my butt.

Hate when that happens!

Managed to sleep well. Am starting to feel slight panic about next week. Eeek! In exactly one week I'll be... O.o Eating at Mimos! Good gods! Yay! Squee!

[To those who don't know, Mimos is a lovely little bar on London Street. They serve the best salads and pastas ever, and I am totally in love with their tuna sandwiches. Yes I am.]

Tomorrow, after the shopping spree with dlasta, I'll have to start packing. Or something.

The wheel of the year is turning again. I'm always confused about the proper way to wish people well on these days. When it's not about growth and life anymore, but life through death. Can one have a happy Lammas anyway? Like... Happy yes, but like... happy? Isn't it kind of... like... I have no idea what I'm saying here...
