The new Earthsea mini series on Sci-fi is the biggest pile of crap I've seen in a long time. It may even be crappier than the series they had on Mists of Avalon.

For all the gods' sake! If you liked Ursula K. LeGuin's books, stay away from the miniseries! I'm not kidding! That thing sucks hairy ass!

I watched the trailer on the net a while ago and it sucked more than I could have even expected. It looked just like any cheap fantasy movie and definitely didn't have any spirit of LeGuin left in it. Seriously, it puzzles me how they can possibly concentrate on the plot when there really isn't all that much of it.
